Tour de Parys on Vaal

I hereby acknowledge and accept the following :

I fully acknowledge and understand the risk and dangers to cycling on public and private road/roads and voluntary participate in the cycling tour presented and offered by TOUR DE PARYS and knowingly with full responsibility agree to assume the entire risk of myself and/or the minors in my custody.

I understand and accept that the TOUR DE PARYS will not be in control of the cycling and nor the manner in which they conduct their tour.

I indemnify and hold harmless TOUR DE PARYS and/or its respective guides , employees , directors and/or marshals against any claim for damages which I or any minor/person under my control may suffer in person or to property whether or not such claim results from negligence (except lawful intent) on the part of any or all the indemnified parties or from any cause whatsoever.

Every participant to the Tour shall be liable for any loss or injury caused to any of the indemnified parties specifically TOUR DE PARYS or to any third party or the owners of the respective lodges , restaurants , pubs or any other business or premises visited during the tour.

I understand that the above mean that I agree that I in my personal and/or representative capacity agree not to sue or take any action of any kind against the indemnify parties for any damages/loss or injuries to myself or the minors or my or their property arising from or in connection for any aspect or part of the tour.

If a minor is to participate in the tour , then the person signing on behalf of the minor by furnishing particulars and depending a signature further agree to take responsibility for the minor's participation and conduct in and during the tour and consent to the indemnification and waver of liability on behalf of the minor.

By affixing my signature hereto , I confirm that I have read the contents of this indemnity which I fully understand as well as agreeing to the indemnification of TOUR DE PARYS or any of the business , and/or places visited during the cause of the tour.

TOUR DE PARYS will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the bicycles during the rental period and therefore request the responsible client/s to pay for any damages like broken chains , punctured wheels or any other damages caused through the tour. The bicycle must be returned in the same condition in what it was taken.

TOUR DE PARYS insist that the bicycle chains are used whenever the bicycles are not used and are stationery. TOUR DE PARYS will not be held responsible for the theft of stolen bicycles any loss caused during the rental period and therefore request the responsible client/s to pay for any loss.
